Sweden 🇸🇪 Stockholm Archipelago
Over 30,000 islands and endless fishing possibilities
Stockholm is situated at one of the world’s largest archipelagos containing more than 30 000 islands. The fishing possibilities are endless with everything from open coastlines were you can hunt for sea trout in the cold months of the year to secluded bays with perfect conditions for northern pike, perch and other species.
You can also fish in the city center for salmon and sea trout when the fish arrives to Stockholms Ström from the sea. The fishing in the city relies on that there’s enough water in our big lake Mälaren so they open the hatches to let the water run free. This normally occurs from September - May.
