Guias de Pesca - A Mosca Cantabria
Spain 🇪🇸

A Mosca Cantabria is born out of a passion for fly fishing and the desire to pause and embrace the unique sensations it offers. Our aim is to delve deeper into those special places within Spanish geography, where one can connect with the natural inhabitants of our rivers. From the small and feisty trout in mountain streams to the larger, more elusive fish found in our plateau basins, and the rare, silvery sea trout, or "reos," from the Cantabrian Sea, our focus is on providing a personal and in-depth fishing experience.

Picos de Europa National Park and Cantabrian Mountains
Our adventures span over 4,000 km of rivers and streams, all located within the breathtaking landscapes of Spain's national parks and nature reserves. We offer expert knowledge of all the major rivers and their tributaries, each offering unique fly fishing opportunities influenced by the seasonal snow accumulation. These waters are home to some of the best trout fishing in Cantabria, Asturias, and Castilla y León.

We invite you to fish and enjoy the pristine environments of Los Picos de Europa and the Cantabrian Mountains. Within a compact area, we cover the rivers of Cantabria, northern Castilla y León, and western Asturias, from April to October. Our waters are teeming with lively Atlantic trout and migratory sea trout, the famed "Reos." We reveal the secrets of the top rivers south of Picos de Europa, where trophy fish are a daily possibility from May to October. Our goal is to find fishing spots that are both accessible and suitable for our clients, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

What is Lorem Ipsum? Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum. Why do we use it? It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
